If you’re 15 minutes late, there’s a $15 charge per pet. More than 20 minutes? We’ll need to reschedule (with a No Show fee of $25/pet) since grooming is a precise art, and late arrivals shuffle everyone’s appointments.

Please arrive on time and make sure your pet has taken care of business outdoors. We have a poop-can inside the salon – because cleanliness is next to dogliness!

Walk right in at your appointment time. If our reception’s occupied, please wait outside or come in and keep pets calm – not all pets play well with others, and excited pets require extra grooming TLC!

Ensure collars fit snuggly, and flexi-leashes are short-locked. All pets must be leashed or in carriers and under control. And remember, no pet parkour off the walls, or jumping on furniture!

Less than 24-hour notice means a $25/pet fee, as we may not fill the time slot. Plan ahead!

🎉 Pick-Up Protocol:
If you arrive early and your pet sees or hears you, we’ll have to stop services due to excitement risks. You’ll be charged for the full appointment.
